TradingView Indicator · User Guide

Daily six timeframes at a glance.

A pure higher-timeframe candle display. Up to six timeframes stacked beside live price, each with its own candle count, so you can read the whole hierarchy without switching charts once.

Quick start

This one is nearly all display. Three decisions and you are done.

  1. Decide how many of the six HTF slots you actually want. All six is a wall — most setups use two or three.
  2. Set Limit to next HTFs only to stop a low chart timeframe from rendering timeframes so large they are meaningless.
  3. Turn on Remaining time so you can see which candle is still forming.
01

Timeframes

Which higher timeframes get drawn.

HTF 1 – HTF 6 all on
Six independent slots, each toggled separately. Every slot you enable adds another strip to the right of price.
Limit to next HTFs only 6
Caps how many steps above the chart timeframe the slots may reach. Lower this and the higher slots quietly drop out rather than rendering something absurd.
Custom daily candle open off
Builds daily candles from your own session open instead of the exchange's. Turn on if your day starts at 18:00 rather than midnight.

Styling

Spacing and size. With six possible strips, this section decides whether the display is readable.

padding from current candles 10
Gap between live price and the first strip.
space between candles 1
Gap between candles inside one strip.
space between Higher Timeframes 10
Gap between strips. Raise this before you raise anything else — it is what keeps the groups visually separate.
Candle Width 1
Body width in bars.
03

Labels

Naming and timing on each strip.

HTF Label on
Names each strip by its timeframe.
Label Positions Both
Both, Top or Bottom.
Label Alignment Align
Align for a tidy row across strips, or Follow Candles to sit with each candle.
Remaining time on
Countdown to the close of the forming candle. The most useful label here.
Interval Value off
Prints the raw interval alongside the label.
Price Label off
Adds the price to the display.
04

Imbalance and Trace

Gaps drawn inside the strips, and lines connecting them back to price.

Fair Value Gap on
Imbalances marked within the higher-timeframe candles.
Volume Imbalance on
The body-to-body variant. Finer than an FVG and there are many more of them — the first thing to turn off if the strips look busy.
Trace lines off
Lines connecting strip levels back to price, so a level on a strip becomes a level on your chart.
Anchor to First Timeframe
Which strip the traces originate from: First Timeframe or Last Timeframe.
Turn trace lines on second

The strips alone tell you where the higher-timeframe candles sit. Trace lines are what make those levels actionable on your chart. If you only ever glance at the strips, leave traces off; if you trade from them, turn them on.
